We could never quite find the all-in-one cooking and finishing oil we wanted, something that brought together the herbaceous, savory, and citrusy flavors we love in one beautifully balanced blend, so naturally, we made one ourselves. Hand-milled in the Willamette Valley exclusively for us using top-tier olives, this oil combines fragrant basil, savory garlic, and vibrant lemon in a rich, silky blend inspired by our beloved Herby Spice. Complex, incredibly flavorful, and wonderfully versatile, it delivers layers of flavor in a single drizzle.
Basil brings fresh, aromatic sweetness, garlic adds savory depth, and lemon lends a bright, zippy finish. Together, they make an exceptionally delicious oil you'll find yourself reaching for constantly.
Drizzle over roasted vegetables, grilled fish, warm beans, or fresh tomatoes. Toss with pasta, stir into soups, whisk into dressings and marinades, or serve with crusty bread alongside our Herby Spice or Fig Balsamic Vinegar.
