Meadowfoam is a small, delicate plant with vibrant white flowers and yellow centers, used primarily for seed production to create oil highly sought after by the cosmetic industry. Meadowfoam blossoms also happen to produce nectar that bees find irresistible - and 90% of the world’s Meadowfoam crop, lucky for us, grows in the Willamette Valley.

The resulting honey the bees make from this uniquely Oregon crop is truly incredible - a deep, lush aroma of vanilla and the overwhelming taste of toasted marshmallows melts in your mouth, and is truly unlike anything else.
